The Sex Pistols brought down the house at the Isle of Wight festival with a medley of old hits.
The controversial punk rockers, who shot to stardom in the late 1970s, wowed the crowd with God Save the Queen and Anarchy in the UK.
Fellow classic band, the Police, are set to close out the festival later tonight as they play hits from their heyday in the 80s such as Roxanne and Every Breath You Take.
Festival promoter John Giddings was delighted to get the Police, who are currently on a world tour, to play at the festival.
He said: "It's a coup to get The Police for the festival. We're very happy to have the biggest tour of the last two years stopping by the Isle of Wight."
Seaclose Park also new acts such as The Kaiser Chiefs, KT Tunstall and The Sugababes take to the main stage today.
